In this world, some people are driven by money, some people are driven by power, some people are driven by sex, some people are driven by love, some people are driven by thoughts (ideas), some people are driven by curiosity, and some people are confused and don't know what they are driven by, just going with the flow. Of course, most people are a combination of these motivations. If you know what drives you, can you know where it will take you? If you can understand your own and others' motivations, it will help you live in this world with ease and composure.
I am not interested in money and power, sometimes I long for sex and love, thoughts (ideas) are something I really desire to have, without them life would be boring. If I were to rank them, it would be like this for me: thoughts and curiosity > sex and love > money and power.
Human society is a moving castle, money is the basic material to build the castle, power is the steering wheel of the castle, sex is the fuel of the castle, love is the burning flame, thoughts are the windows of the castle, and curiosity is the telescope. Thoughts and curiosity lead the castle to unknown places, but whether it is a cliff or a smooth road is unknown. However, the final path is still determined by the steering wheel of power. For the people inside the castle, happiness mainly depends on the strength of the flame, and safety mainly depends on the condition of the steering wheel.
